Wisconsin Association for Identification Scholarship for Dependents
The Wisconsin Association for Identification is pleased to announce the establishment of a scholarship program to support and encourage the post-secondary education of WAI member dependents. These awards will be made for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Basis of Award – Scholarship awards shall be granted based on the following considerations:
Scholarship Award Amount – Scholarship awards may vary. The total award distribution for each academic year will be determined by the WAI Board of Directors in consideration of funds available. Individual awards will be based on Scholarship Committee reviewers' evaluation of submitted applications and their determination of the number of qualified applicants for that year. All awards and amounts are subject to WAI Board of Directors's final authorization.
Use of Scholarships – Scholarship awards may be applied toward tuition, fees, or other costs directly related to undergraduate or graduate studies in degree seeking (including technical certifications) programs.
Eligibility Requirements

Completed applications, including essay and transcripts attached, must be received electronically by
February 21, 2021 at 2400 CST
Applications will be reviewed and the recipients will be selected and announced at the Annual WAI Training Conference in March 2021.
All applicants will be notified by email as to the status of their application and need not be present at the training conference.
