Sponsorship Rates

Advertisement Fee:  $300 per year. 
This includes a Full Page Ad in the W.A.I. Quarterly Newsletter and Company Listing on the W.A.I. Website.  Also included is one Listing on the Training/Educational Page.  Additional Listings on the Training/Educational Page are $50 per listing.  One Listing per year will be allowed at no charge for Local Chapters of the I.A.I. related to Training Courses in the Forensic Science Field.

Printed Advertising
May be sent via US Post Office or electronically.  If sent through post office it  must be camera ready.  If electronically, it needs to be in one of the following formats:  e-mail, tif, pdf (not encryption enabled), jpg, or psd. 

Website Advertising
 The banner ad to include your company name/logo will need to be 200 pixels by 75 pixels in .gif or  .jpg file. 

Web posting only
For posting to the Training Page on the W.A.I. Website, cost is $50.00 per ad, which will include: Name of training with hyperlink to your site and brief description of training.  One ad (per year) will be allowed at no charge for Local Chapters of the I.A.I. for Training/Classes related to the Forensic Science Field.

The W.A.I. reserves the right to remove any ad or hyperlink that it deems offensive or redirects to any website that is not related to the original content of the ad.  If a ad or hyperlink is removed for any of these reasons no refunds will be given.
